The staff was wonderful, and interacting with the dolphins was a once in a lifetime experience for my nephew and brother. However, paying more than $100 for the photos taken in 10 minutes by the staff, paying $50 for the observer fee and actually not being able to observe, and spending too much time waiting were not worth the cost paid for this experience. As the basic info is repeated to every guest, it would be more efficient and effective to get the guests to watch a video with this information and let the staff enjoy connecting with the guests.

We spent our son’s 6th birthday at Dolphin World- we enjoyed the interactive shows the staff provided. We did the non swim dolphin encounter and the staff was so pleasant and full of knowledge about dolphins- we didn’t want it to end! We fell in love with, Colbalt and hope to be back to spend more time with him soon. Don’t miss the shows- they’re a lot of fun with crowd interaction!

My girlfriend and I had such a fun time, and the instructors were so nice and great at what they do. Highly recommend!

We were in Miami for granddaughter to see Swift show and grandson to visit UofM marine biology. My son and grandson had a great time. I was surprised that 46 year old son would enjoy, but he did. They loved the experience! Thank you, Nana
